| Service Interruption & Discontinuation |
The Service may be temporarily suspended in whole or in part due to maintenance, communication failures, natural disasters, or failures of third-party services (SwitchBot API, Stripe, etc.). No refund, reduction, or extension of usage fees is made for the period of suspension. If the Service is discontinued, we will give notice at least three months before the discontinuation date and refund usage fees for the unexpired period on a pro-rata daily basis. Data can be exported for 90 days from the discontinuation date. See Articles 12, 13, and 16 of the Terms of Service for details. |

Due to the nature of the service, refunds and cancellations after application are generally not accepted. Pilot (the evaluation period) ends upon expiration of the specified period. |
