Explain Your Work Environment
with Numbers.

Automatically collect temperature, humidity, CO2, and power from SwitchBot and other supported sensors, and keep a continuous record across sites.
Be ready to answer employees, occupational physicians, and auditors with evidence.

Concept

Continuously record your work environment, and show it in numbers.
Sustira is an environmental data platform built for business.

Temperature, humidity, CO2, and power records serve as evidence for employees,
occupational physicians and hygiene committees, auditors and business partners, and health management.

Record Work Environment

Sensor readings are collected automatically and stored as records you can look back on for any period. No manual transcription by staff.

Reliable Data Acquisition

Collected via API from SwitchBot products with millions of units sold. Each record shows when and by which device the value was measured.

Scalable Design

Supported devices are currently SwitchBot products. The platform is not tied to a single vendor and is designed for future expansion.

When You Are Expected to Explain with Numbers

Office air environment
Japan's Office Sanitation Standards Ordinance requires air-conditioned offices to aim for 18–28°C and 40–70% relative humidity, and to keep CO2 at or below 1,000 ppm. Daily readings on file can go straight into hygiene committee and occupational physician reports.
Heat exposure in factories, warehouses, and kitchens
Under the amended Industrial Safety and Health Regulations effective June 2025, employers whose work is performed at a WBGT of 28°C or higher, or an air temperature of 31°C or higher, for one continuous hour or more than four hours a day must establish a heat-illness reporting system and prepare and communicate response procedures, with penalties for non-compliance. A continuous temperature and humidity record of each work area is the starting point for identifying which work needs measures and showing that they were taken.
Health management, investor relations, and business partners
Listed companies in Japan present workplace-environment measures in the human-capital section of annual securities reports, in integrated reports, and in Health and Productivity Management survey responses. The same applies to certification applications, partner inquiries about working conditions, and audit questions. You can answer with records for a specified period instead of the phrase "we take care of it."

* Regulatory thresholds are subject to amendment; please check the latest text. WBGT includes radiant heat and other factors, so measurement with a WBGT meter may be required in addition to temperature and humidity records.
